Massive respect to Tom and his team at Sports Ground Development Ltd from everyone at Darlaston Town (1874) FC. From start to finish it has been an absolute breeze dealing with Tom, his team and his contractors in planning and erecting our floodlights. His team were punctual, tidy, effective and efficient during every stage of the process. At times they worked in the most horrendous weather conditions, never a grumble and still finished ahead of time. To be honest a few weeks after completion most of the grass has grown back and you would think the floodlights have been there for years. Great stuff from all involved.

We are very satisfied with the work undertaken  in accordance with your quotation. Despite a day lost because of rain the fitting guys worked hard and completed the task within the agreed timescale, and to our complete satisfaction. They were very attentive to the individual requirements of the customer and ready to accommodate  our wishes. The product suits our needs and was supplied and fitted within budget so  we are delighted with this upgrade to our senior pitch, which will I am sure meet the approval of the FA when they consider our application for promotion.

Fantastic service and always on hand for a bit of advice when needed.

Could I please start off by saying what a great job you have done installing the floodlights for us? Your contractors went out of their way to look after our land around the pitch perimeter which we really appreciate and the lights look brilliant.

The lights look fantastic – it was a great feeling switching them on.

Sports Ground Development did a great job and also completed various other works to take our stadium from a park pitch with nothing to what it is today

First of all can I thank you for doing an excellent job with the installation of the new Spectator Barrier it looks very good indeed.

Thank you for all that you have done to get our Floodlights upgraded. They are now generating fantastic light and we will certainly look to use you again in future for all our ground improvement needs.

I am pleased to say that after your team’s last visit to make some alterations to the wiring set up we have had no further problems at all with the lights and in fact people at the club are generally very pleased with the end product, so I thank your company for that and the work in ironing out the problems we experienced. The end product we are very pleased with and I think we have now got some of the best floodlights around – especially in the Southern League Division 1 Central.

The stands look fantastic – many thanks for your work on this and support dealing with our local council challenges.

May I just say that as UCL Chairman and a Vice President of the Hinchingbrooke Cup Committee what a pleasure it was to attend your first senior match under floodlights last Wednesday against Bourne. You and your team are to be congratulated on the superb facilities you have created at PSL which will stand you in good stead for many years. Every success in your venture which will be both an asset and a legacy to the sporting community of Peterborough.

It has been a pleasure working with you and I think we may have found a good new contractor. I know you are keen to be involved with some more floodlighting projects, which we would be happy to accommodate.

There is hard standing all around the new post and railed pitch. A new 150 seat stand has been added during the summer with I think the addition of new changing rooms as well. Floodlights are due to arrive in mid-September. The club are also preparing a new car park for 90 cars with turnstiles at that end of the ground. All in all things are looking very good for the Peterborough club as they embark on their first season in the UCL.

I would also, on behalf of the club, like to say what a great job the installation team did, and how good the finished fencing looks. The whole installation went like clockwork, the team were on site when they said they would be, the fencing arrived on schedule and the install finished on time and in budget, what more could we ask for?
