Covered Seating
Our 50 Seat stands are 6.6m Long (or 7 metres with a Wheelchair space) x 3.0m Deep x 2.9m High. These have a 0.92m gangway in the middle, but we can increase this to 1.2m if you prefer it that wide. Given the first row of spectators step straight off, our tests have shown that this stand can empty in 50 seconds in an emergency and so well ahead of the 6 minutes emergency evacuation required for Green Guide compliance with no spectator more than 7 seats from the gangway
Our 100 Seat stands are competitively priced. These are 13.0m Long x 3.0m Deep x 2.9m High with a 1.2m gangway as standard. We can offer anything up to 500 seats in a stand using the modular approach
Side & Front Handrails (Where appropriate)
4mm thick 40mm x 40mm Rectangular Hollow Steel Box Section in Black (RAL 9005)
Floor – 4.5mm thick Steel Durbar, though 6mm is also available on request at additional cost
Cladding 0.7mm thick Plastisol with Black (RAL 9005) or Olive Green (RAL 6003) standard colours at no additional cost and is applied to the back and roof as standard, plus the option of filling in the sides as well for an additional cost per side
Total Weight – 3.5 ton per 50 seat structure without spectators
Elevation – The seated stand step depths are 735mm as standard (front Step 670mm) and available at 160mm or 250mm height (raises the stand rear height to 3.4m). We can also sit the stand on a robust frame of either 525mm or 1050mm that means average height adult spectators in the first row have an eyeline 2025mm or 2050mm off the ground. Standard row numbers will be 4 or 7 but any number of rows can be accommodated
Hybrid - We have also developed a hybrid seating at the back and standing in front model with space under the seating for changing rooms, club shop, catering etc for a minimum capacity of 250 seated and 250 standing.
The Seats
460mm centered Tip Seating. Washers available to extend the width to 500mm that adds 0.56m to the length of a 50 seat stand and additional cost
Steel legs will either fit to the floor in front of the seat (Tread) or to the row behind (Riser). Tread plate dimensions are 150mm x 120mm x 6mm and there are 5 x 12mm diameter holes for fixing to the floor, though only 1 or 2 of these will be used/required. The Riser supports are 30mm square steel with 2 x10mm or 12mm holes for securing on each leg
The ring under the plastic seating is 19mm x 1.5mm thick tube
The clearway from the edge of the seat to the seat in front is 330mm. The seat height when lowered is 400mm from the ground
Minimum order by colour is 50 seats unless held in stock. Seats are injection moulded with maximum resistance to UV fading
All Steels for the legs are hot dip Galvanised, with powder coating available at additional cost.
